We recommend you set aside 2-3 hours a week to complete the lessons, tasks and participate in the Facebook group or complete any further reading, research or reflection on how you will be implementing what you learn at work.
The sooner you start practicing your new skills, the more likely you are to create lasting change and get maximum benefit from this training.
You can post questions in the Facebook group and as many as possible will be answered on best endeavours.
You can also raise questions in the live fortnightly zoom calls and email [email protected] if you get stuck at all as you work your way through the course.
These are scheduled for 7.45 – 9.15 pm starting from Monday 11 April 2022 Monday 25 April 2022 Monday 9 May 2022 Monday 23 May 2022 **All dates to be confirmed pre launch date of course, Monday 11 April 2022**
Yes, there is a 30 day money back guarantee despite full confidence in the value provided by this training. You can discover this for yourself, risk-free.
You will have access to the course material for 12 months from enrolment. You can take your time going through the material at your own pace and around your other commitments. Though this is an 8 week programme, the timeline is more there to challenge you to succeed and upskill, not let dust gather on your investment. If you can't make the live sessions, no worries, these are optional to enhance the learning experience. You will be able to catch up at your own pace.
Everyone who completes the course will receive a Certificate of Completion; however the course is not accredited.
The course focuses on practical skills and features lots of tips and guidance gained from over 25 years of working with a wide variety of people and circumstances.
There is definitely value in gaining accredited qualifications depending on the career path you wish to follow. These are typically more academic and less hands on for learning practical skills and will require significantly more investment financially and in terms of time.
To help you decide how important recognised qualifications are, research some job roles you are interested in and see whether the organisations include these qualifications as essential requirements.
If they do, you know that would be your route to having a chance of employment.
If they focus more on practical skills and abilities, they will likely be looking for candidates who can demonstrate requirements such as
*Ability to confidently manage a team to achieve demanding objectives on time or
*Experience of effective performance management from attendance and conduct to succession planning, or
*Experience of handling successful recruitment from advertisement to induction or
*Ability to motivate and lead a team successfully in a demanding environment to meet project milestones despite competing demands
*Experience of creating a positive work environment where a culture of employee wellbeing is fundamental to the success of your team
The lessons are pre-recorded but there will be opportunities for live interaction on the fortnightly calls to handle any questions you might have from the course or to discuss anonymously issues facing you at work. This will allow others including myself to share expertise and offer a fresh perspective.
No.
To make this a positive experience for everyone and ensure the value of the learning in a community; sharing each other’s experiences, the intention is to launch on schedule.
However, if the minimum number of delegates is not achieved to make this viable, anyone who has taken advantage of the pre-order discount will be given a full refund.
Your understanding is appreciated in this event.
